Sean’s Landscaping is a full service commercial landscaping company, serving New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania. For over 40 years, we have worked closely with landscape owners, contractors and developers to help them realize their visions. Gerry Brady | President – Since 1985 has been an integral part of the Sean’s Landscaping team. He worked his way up through the ranks, learning every aspect of the business. He now leads the team and his work ethic and commitment sets the tone for the company. Every project is personal to him; each general contractor knows that when you hire Sean’s Landscaping, Gerry will be on site, working closely with the crews.
Finbarr Brady| Controller – Since 1994 Finn has been an important part of the Sean’s Landscaping team. Finn’s attention to detail and promptness plays a role in making sure projects come to fruition.
James Dixon | Senior Project Manager – Since 2000 has been personally supervising and working on a wide array of projects. With a keen understanding of timing and the skills to execute, complete and follow-up consistently, James ensures each landscape project continues to flourish. Some notable projects James has completed are Roberts Soccer Stadium at Princeton Univ. for Fitzpatrick & Assoc., CHOP Buerger, Cira Green, Reading Hospital and Comcast Tower 2, Penn First Pavilion, and Philadelphia Art Museum.
Chris Dixon | Senior Project Manager – Since 2001 Chris has brought his considerable expertise to Sean’s Landscaping. He is a “get-it-done” kind of guy who excels at calculations, layout, management/supervision, and is known for his clear communication style. Chris has managed projects from Philadelphia to New York including: Capital Health, Hopewell, NJ; Lake Tower RWJ Hospital in Hamilton, NJ; Andlinger Center for Princeton Univ., Firestone Library, and Hope Tower Proj. at Meridian Health, Neptune, NJ, and Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick, NJ.
Ernie Funari | Lead Estimator – Since 2015 Ernie brings his detailed orientated work ethic to each project we take on. Ernie will provide Estimates on all parts of the project, from green roofs to ground level landscapes.
Michele James | Office Manager – Since 2007 Michele has been our Office Manager. Directing all incoming inquiries, making sure all our projects run smoothly. From the initial bid invitations to close outs.
